1. Acceptance of terms

By using Repostify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Use of service

Repostify is provided for personal and professional content repurposing. You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts are limited to 10 generations per calendar month (UTC). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.

The recurring Pro subscription is published at $29 USD per month plus applicable taxes. Prices may change; the exact amount Stripe shows in checkout immediately before payment is controlling.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. Repostify claims no rights over your original content or the generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose the content you submit.

5. Limitation of liability

Repostify is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
